Kayla Shipman, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Shipman's Bio

Dr. Shipman graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. With over ten years of veterinary experience in the Tulsa area, Dr. Shipman is dedicated to providing quality veterinary care to her hometown of Sand Springs and the surrounding communities. Dr. Shipman is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association.

She and her husband have three children named Conner, Caitlin, and Brennan. Their family has several animals, including two cats (Lilo and Mabel) and four horses (Creek, Gretal, General, and Storm). Dr. Shipman enjoys horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her family in her free time.

Kaci Metcalf, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Metcalf's Bio

Dr. Metcalf graduated from the University of Kansas in 2007 and Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She practiced in Boone, Iowa, for four years following graduation and then moved back to the Tulsa area in 2016 when she started working for the South County Animal Clinic and McKinney Animal Hospital teams. Dr. Metcalf is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association. She and her husband live in Glenpool with their two boys. Their family also includes two dogs and a cat. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Nicole Mason, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Mason's Bio

Dr. Mason graduated from Oklahoma State Univerity in 2014 and started practicing shortly after graduating. Dr. Mason decided to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine to be able to help provide quality and preventative care to pets. It’s a joy for her to be able to see clients happy and relieved. Areas of veterinary medicine that she finds interesting are ultrasounds and internal medicine.

She currently lives with a Boston Terrier named Baxter, 2 cats named Cricket and Boots, and has a horse staying at her parents’ house in Kansas. Outside of work she enjoys swimming, biking, running, and crossfit. She is an active member of Tulsa Area Triathletes and CF1055, a crossfit group in Sand Springs, OK. Her favorite sports team are the Oklahoma State University Cowboys.
